The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the above services ONLY for first-time signups. Second or subsequent signups for the same type of service are NOT eligible.
Services NOT Eligible for Refund
NO REFUND is available on the following services under any circumstances:
โข Domain registration, transfer, or renewal (any TLD)
โข VPS Servers (all types โ Gold, Platinum, Speed, Forex)
โข Dedicated Servers (AMD, Ryzen, Intel, EPYC)
โข Cloud Servers and Cloud VPS
โข SSL Certificates (DV, OV, EV, Wildcard, Multi-Domain, Code Signing)
โข Google Workspace (Business Starter, Standard, Plus)
โข GPU Cloud servers
โข SiteLock security
โข CodeGuard backups
โข Privacy protection
โข Windows OS licences
โข cPanel, Plesk, control panel licences
โข Softaculous licences
โข Any other add-on services
โข Any service not explicitly listed in the refund-eligible section above
Refund Conditions & Exclusions
Even for eligible hosting services, refunds will NOT be processed in the following circumstances:
โข The account was suspended or terminated for cause (Terms of Service violation)
โข The account was involved in spam, abuse, or illegal activity
โข The request is made after 30 days from the purchase date
โข It is a second or subsequent signup for the same service
โข The web hosting package includes a free domain โ domain registration fees will be deducted from the refund amount
โข Payment was made by bank transfer, cheque, money order, cash deposit, or DD
โข Refunds will not cover taxes, setup fees, refund processing fees, or payment processing charges
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible Shared Hosting service:
1. Send an email from your registered email address to sales@domainresellerindia.com within 30 days of purchase
2. Include your Customer ID, order number, and reason for cancellation
3. Our team will review your request within 3โ5 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed as credit to your hosting account or domain control panel (at our discretion)
5. Bank refunds (where applicable) may take 5โ10 business days to reflect
Do NOT initiate a payment chargeback. Doing so will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from our services.
Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy
Azonic is a service provider. All services are delivered digitally:
โข Account credentials are sent by email to your registered email address
โข There is no physical shipping of any product
โข Digital delivery is considered complete when credentials are sent to your email
It is your responsibility to:
โข Maintain an active, working email address
โข Notify us of any changes to your contact information
โข Check your spam folder if you do not receive credentials within 2 hours
Failure to maintain accurate contact information will prevent you from receiving important account notices.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
For any billing disputes:
1. First, contact us by email at sales@domainresellerindia.com
2. We will consult and negotiate in good faith to reach a satisfactory resolution
Governing Law: These policies are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: The Courts of Delhi, India shall have sole jurisdiction over all disputes.
