1. Introduction & Acceptance

This document governs your use of all services provided by Azonic Infotech Private Limited at domainresellerindia.com. By using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service.

 

Azonic retains the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

 

These Terms apply to: Domain registration, Web hosting, VPS servers, Dedicated servers, SSL certificates, Google Workspace reselling, Cloud services, and all other services offered by Azonic.

2. Compliance with Law

Customer shall not post, transmit, or store material through any Azonic service which:

โ€ข Violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation

โ€ข Is threatening, obscene, indecent, or defamatory

โ€ข Violates the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights

โ€ข Involves installation or distribution of unlicensed software

 

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Azonic harmless from any claims resulting from the use of services which damage the Customer or any other party.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited on Azonic's network and services:

โ€ข 3.1 Pornographic or adult material

โ€ข 3.2 Fraudulent activities of any kind

โ€ข 3.3 Copyrighted material without explicit permission

โ€ข 3.4 Network/computer scanning or attack software

โ€ข 3.5 Computer viruses or malicious software

โ€ข 3.6 Spam or unsolicited commercial email

โ€ข 3.7 Proxy scripts or services

โ€ข 3.8 Ponzi or pyramid schemes

โ€ข 3.9 Racist, hateful, or harassing content

โ€ข 3.10 Hacking-related information or services

โ€ข 3.11 IRC and IRC-related tools

โ€ข 3.12 Site mirroring or upload services

 

Violation of any prohibition results in immediate account termination without prior notice.

4. Data Backup Policy

IMPORTANT: It is always the client's responsibility to take backup of email, database, and website content.

 

For Shared Hosting only: Azonic takes weekly backups of shared hosting accounts as a courtesy. However, these backups are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as the sole backup solution.

 

For VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud: No backups are taken by Azonic. Clients are solely responsible for their own backup procedures.

 

Azonic will not be responsible for any data loss from our servers under any circumstances. Clients must maintain their own backups of all FTP files, databases, website logs, images, emails, and all other data.

5. Email & Anti-Spam Policy

Customers are prohibited from:

โ€ข Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam)

โ€ข Sending UCE referencing any domain or email hosted by Azonic

โ€ข Posting advertisements containing Azonic-hosted addresses on IRC or chat systems

โ€ข Forging mail header information

โ€ข Creating or forwarding chain letters or pyramid schemes

โ€ข Harassing others via email frequency or message size

 

Customers are limited to 50 emails per hour per email user and 200 emails per hour per domain. Violation results in immediate termination and refund ineligibility.

6. Bandwidth & Resource Usage

Azonic provides generous bandwidth allowances. However:

โ€ข Sites may not use more than 10% of shared server resources

โ€ข Storage of web pages or files for other IP addresses is prohibited

โ€ข Distribution of copyrighted music or video files is prohibited without full copyright ownership

โ€ข Auction image hosting and file repository uses are prohibited

 

If a website generates excess traffic affecting other customers, Azonic reserves the right to offer an upgrade or terminate the account. Over-usage notifications will be sent by email, and failure to respond within 30 days may result in deletion of the website and all associated data.

7. Payment & Billing

All services are activated upon successful payment. Credentials are delivered digitally by email only.

 

For cheque payments, please allow up to 30 days for clearing in our bank account. Keep your deposit slip safe for reference.

 

All prices are subject to change. Modifications by software license or domain service providers take effect immediately for Azonic clients.

 

Services are provided on a pre-paid basis. Failure to renew services before the expiry date may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Azonic Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

โ€ข Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

โ€ข Loss of data, business, or profits

โ€ข Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

โ€ข Actions of third parties affecting your services

โ€ข Data loss resulting from hardware failure, hacking, or other causes

 

Azonic\'s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, for the period of one month prior to the claim.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

 

The Courts of Delhi, India shall have sole jurisdiction over all disputes relating to these Terms of Service.

 

Before initiating legal proceedings, Customers must first contact Azonic by email at sales@domainresellerindia.com and attempt good-faith resolution.
